Back at it!

Last week was a great break from chemo. Titus had a little more energy and felt a little bit better. His counts are where they need to be so he started chemo again yesterday (5/19/2025). We were at the infusion center from 8am until 5:30pm 😳 It was a LONG day! The rest of the week should not be as long. He is expected to need some blood by the end of this first week of this round though and that is at least 3 hours per unit of blood! Our weekend was awesome though! The highland games family were all here on Saturday for the the Titans for Titus game. It was a beautifully hot day! Our family feels so loved and cared for by our community. Everyone came together to help the games run smoothly. Thank you to all who were able to be there to help! We have said so many times that we do not know how people go through something like this without family and friends! We are grateful to have all of you! I will keep you updated, as for now, prayers for comfort and healing for Titus are much appreciated. And for traveling safety as him and I will be driving to Gainesville and back 4 days a week for these next 4 weeks. We are so thankful to be at home with the whole family and sleep in our own beds though! 🧡
